Born and educated in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I trained in the studios of various artists, and attended the Augusto Bolognini Academe of Fine Arts.

Multiple solo and group exhibitions, awards, salons, and international biennials complete my professional training.

I was secretary general of Argentina’s Union of Fine Artists in a very dark period of Argentine political life.

I arrived in Mexico in 1985 under a scholarship from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and completed a Master's degree in visual arts at the Academia San Carlos.

With the support of Maestra Raquel Tibol, I mounted solo exhibitions in the 16 delegations of Mexico City, generating a very strong and enriching bond, which led me to settle in Mexico.

Since then, I have participated in numerous individual and collective exhibitions, created murals, made illustrations, and taught for more than two decades.

Day-to-day work and craftsmanship are the foundations of my art; they provide me with the tools to stage my characters in settings where they coexist under the same light. I conceive my work not only as a form of expression, but also as a way of learning.

With this exhibition, besides the work of recent years, I want to make a statement of philosophical principles: the artist's gaze, the solitude of the studio, daily life, happenstance, the perpetual search.
