Last year, we came together as Mexicans, Americans, Canadians, and friends from many places to celebrate something bigger than any one nationality: COMMUNITY.
This September 15th, United We Stand returns—and this time, we come together to celebrate Mexico!
Mexico has given so many of us a place to call home. San Miguel de Allende has brought us together as neighbors, friends, colleagues, volunteers and community builders.
So let's celebrate Mexican Independence Day the best way we know how:
TOGETHER.
Come enjoy an evening filled with Mexican spirit, music, food, friendship and fun as we honor the country we love and the community we share.
And this celebration has a purpose.
Your donation will be put to work right here in our community through LOKKAL Foundation's Youth Empowerment Program—helping young people develop the leadership, confidence and skills to become active participants in the future of San Miguel-(last year you helped 36 women receive life changing workshops).
Because celebrating Mexico is also about investing in its future.
Whether San Miguel is the place where you were born or the place you chose to call home, we all have something to contribute to the community we share.
