San Miguel de Allende will host the Italia Ferrari 2026 Golf Tournament, a luxury and high-performance event that will be held outside of Mexico City for the first time. The tournament will take place at the Ventanas Golf Club on March 12 and 13, consolidating the state as a leading destination in sports tourism and exclusive experiences.
San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. Guanajuato is preparing to host one of the most exclusive sporting events in the world: the Italia Ferrari 2026 Golf Tournament, the result of coordination between the State Government, the Italian Embassy in Mexico and Ferrari Mexico.
The announcement was led by the Secretary of Tourism and Identity of Guanajuato, María Guadalupe Robles León, together with the Ambassador of Italy in Mexico, Alessandro Modiano, who highlighted the relevance of the tournament as a platform that unites sports, tourism and the international promotion of the state.
The mayor of San Miguel de Allende, Mauricio Trejo Pureco, celebrated the arrival of the tournament as an opportunity to continue positioning the municipality as a destination for golf, weddings, business and premium experiences. Currently, the city has three golf courses in operation and one more under development.
For his part, the Ambassador of Italy, Alessandro Modiano, underlined the importance of the event as a symbol of the strong relations between Italy and Mexico, which this year celebrate 150 years of diplomatic ties.
The 2026 Italia Ferrari San Miguel de Allende Tournament will bring together Italian, Mexican and international businessmen, with broadcast in Latin America through Warner Channel and Golf Channel, which will project the image of Guanajuato as a world-class destination to millions of viewers.

El torneo se llevará a cabo en el Ventanas Golf Club los días 12 y 13 de marzo, consolidando al estado como un destino líder en turismo deportivo y experiencias exclusivas.
