Our opening event is a tribute to Mexican talent. The chefs in charge of the dinner are: Eduardo García (Máximo Bistrot), Pancho Ibañez (Moxi Restaurant) and Alam Méndez (smoke aisle). Without a doubt, each one is a worthy reference in the national gastronomy. The artistic facet of the night is directed by Eugenia Martínez, a Mexican artist who combines the power of letters and photography. To finish this big party, we will have the musical intervention of one of the favorite bands of San Miguel de Allende: the Rumberos of Massachusetts; Those with their guapachosos rhythms will make us dance until the body endures. The sponsors who will be at the event will be Ramon Bilbao, The Macallan, Tequila 1800 MX, Smoke Hall and Maximo Local Bistro in Moxi.

Rosewood San Miguel de Allende is one of the city's most emblematic hotels. Without a doubt, the union of different styles of gastronomy represents a challenge and a work that speaks for itself. The chefs Reylon Agustin (One Star Michelin/Madeira Rosewood San Hill) and Odin Rocha (Rosewood San Miguel de Allende) will mix Mexican and American cuisine to symbolically unite our nations. Adrian Gonzalez will be the guest artist. His work will allow us to expand the limits we have set in our senses.
Our sponsors will be Hennessy, Moët & Chandon and Dragons House Tequila at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende.
