Entertain your face with an evening of short, occasionally true stories never before revealed in Mexico.

Storytellers who may or may not tend towards compulsive disclosure share personal tales of comedy, adventure, drama, humiliation and historic revisionism on stage live in 3D at the intimate Shelter Theater.

This show should be of particular interest to those with attention deficit disorder due to the ten minute time limit of each piece.

Storytellers include Athea Marcos Amir, James D. Rhodes, Dr. David Stea, Michelle Garrison, Jay Brown, Leslie Beam, Azzah Manukova and Shelter’s own David Johanssen! A veritable smorgasbord of good looking, captivating entertainers!

Special bonus: live classical, jazz and Brazilian guitar by San Francisco’s Doug Pulfer doing double duty - adding a little class to the joint and playing the long winded off the stage. (Shelter doesn’t have a hook.)

Producer Leslie Beam with a background in solo performance, stand up and story telling wrote and performed the one woman show Miss-Matches.com, directed by W. Kamau Bell, which ran for eight months in San Francisco.

SSSTE is not affiliated with the SMA Story Telling Festival.
