Good Grief - workshop
Students will be led in yoga, photo collage, and writing exercises around personal losses including but not limited to death, divorce, loss of career, and others.
Jen Kagan is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and a certified Yoga Therapist. Ri Anderson has been a practicing artist and teacher for 25 years. Ri and Jen know that classic yoga practice and making art heal.
