San Miguel de Allende Arts Festival: Germany is the guest of honor at the San Miguel de Allende Arts Festival. “The Other Look” Six German artists exhibit at Casa Europa Mexico. This exhibition is open to the public with free admission. The official inauguration will be on August 12 at 5:00 p.m., with the presence of authorities from the German Embassy in Mexico.
