First San Miguel concert since Lady Zen’s triumphant debut performances at NYC’s Lincoln Center and Birdland.

For the Thanksgiving season, Lady Zen has put together a show called “An Evening of Soulful Gratitude: A Tribute to Anita Baker.” With the backing of the Royal Court Band, a topflight ensemble of R&B musicians – “cool cats from Mexico City,” in Zen’s words – the concert will feature Anita Baker’s greatest hits. Baker was a multiplatinum artist in the late 1980s and early 1990s, with albums such as Rapture, and songs such as “Giving You the Best That I Got,” “Sweet Love,” “Caught Up in the Rapture,” “You Bring Me Joy,” and many others.

There will be two performances, at 6pm and 8pm, on Sunday, November 30, at Hacienda El Santuario, a luxury boutique hotel in Centro, at Aldama 41. All seats are reserved. There will be 12 tables, each with either 4 or 6 seats, for a total of 60 seats per show. The three front tables comprise the VIP section. A VIP ticket includes exclusive perks in addition to the concert: complimentary hors d’oeuvres, access to a private reception area before and after the show, and a private meet and greet with Lady Zen. VIP tickets are 1000 pesos. All other seats are priced at 650 pesos.

Para la temporada de Acción de Gracias, Lady Zen ha preparado un concierto titulado "Una velada de gratitud conmovedora: Un tributo a Anita Baker". Con el acompañamiento de la Royal Court Band, un conjunto de músicos de R&B de primer nivel —"gatos geniales de la Ciudad de México", según Zen— el concierto presentará los mayores éxitos de Anita Baker. Baker fue una artista multiplatino a finales de los años 1980 y principios de los 1990, con álbumes como Rapture y canciones como "Giving You the Best That I Got", "Sweet Love", "Caught Up in the Rapture", "You Bring Me Joy" y muchas otras.

Habrá dos presentaciones, a las 6pm y 8pm, el domingo 30 de noviembre, en Hacienda El Santuario, un hotel boutique de lujo en el Centro, en Aldama 41. Todos los asientos son reservados. Habrá 12 mesas, cada una con 4 o 6 lugares, para un total de 60 asientos por función. Las tres mesas frontales constituyen la sección VIP. Un boleto VIP incluye beneficios exclusivos además del concierto: bocadillos de cortesía, acceso a un área privada de recepción antes y después del evento, y un encuentro privado con Lady Zen.
