Martin Fletcher will lead a series of discussions on Israel’s changing reality. Come ready to ask your questions, share your qualms and air your concerns.

Martin Fletcher was NBC News Correspondent and bureau chief in Tel Aviv for close to thirty years. Anderson Cooper said of Martin: "For decades the gold standard of TV war correspondents." He has won almost every television award, including five Emmys, a Columbia University DuPont Award (the TV Pulitzer), six Overseas Press Club Awards, and many more.

Now he is rapidly gaining an equally impressive reputation as an author. He has written two non-fiction books, including Walking Israel, winner of the National Jewish Book Award, as well as four novels. The latest, Promised Land, was compared in multiple reviews with Exodus and was a finalist for the National Jewish Book Award. Martin is the only writer to be honored in both fiction and non-fiction. His book Teachers – The Ones I Can’t Forget was published March 28, 2023 in New York.

Martin’s home is in San Miguel de Allende, which he shares with his wife, Hagar, the Israeli artist.
