Special tour to celebrate the corn and his home, the milpa. This tour reminds us of the importance of this agroecological system and how it provides endless benefits that favor the soil and the consumption of the healthy produce that grows in it: beans, squash, chili, quelites, etc.
– Tour through the milpa of Don Manuel García, farmer and producer of the community of El Membrillo.
– Exhibition and explanation of the history of corn in Mexico by special guest Ti Najme Niño Maíz
– Round table where everyone can share their thoughts.
– Elotiza and tasting of traditional dishes made with corn and milpa crops.
