Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is a revolutionary methodology to help release emotional blockages that you carry in your body energy system. Gary Craig, the developer of EFT said that a disruption in energy is the cause of all negative emotions. To release this disruption, we use EFT.

How does EFT work?

Many of you have been to an acupuncturist and know that Acupuncture is a system of Chinese medicine that involves pricking the skin or tissues with needles on certain meridian points. In EFT, we use our fingers, not needles, and we tap on some of the meridian points used in Acupuncture to stimulate them. While tapping, we add in words. By doing so, we are able to release the negative emotional blockage we have and bring balance to our emotional system. Once we are balanced, we can no longer have the negative vibration that keeps us away from having what we desire.

Tapping and speaking at the same time is like having a conversation with our subconscious mind. By using EFT, we are able to change the conversations stored in our subconscious mind and create a new way of being. The being we desire.

Sariel is a certified coach practitioner who specializes in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as the tapping technique). Sariel's passion has always been healing and helping others achieve their goals in life. His desire to transmit what he knows stems primarily from his Study of: Rubenfeld Synergy, a convergence of Alexander and Feldenkrais techniques, and Gestalt therapy with Ilana Rubenfeld. Sariel is also a certified Law of Attraction trainer.

Born in Israel, Sariel lived there until the age of 25 when he moved to London to complete his studies in Business management. Upon his completion, he moved to South Africa where he spent 5 years in Cape town and Johannesburg. In 1985, he moved to the USA and resided in NYC for 26 years.
