Awareness Campaign Against Animal Abuse

On March 7, the Municipal Government in coordination with the Directorate of Public Services and Quality of Life together with the association “Patitas de la Humanidad”, will carry out the second edition of the Awareness Campaign Against Animal Abuse.

This event will begin at 9:00 am and until 4:00 pm in the Zeferino Gutierrez Park, according to the person in charge of the Animal Control Center of San Miguel de Allende, Armando Valle, who explained that He reached an agreement with the different associations to work together against the problem generated by the existence of puppies in a street situation and make a general awareness so that they are adopted and not bought.

During the event, a demonstration of binomials from the Canine Unit of the Ministry of Public Security has been confirmed; as well as different activities in charge of the Directorate of Culture and Traditions.

Similarly, there will be puppies of different ages in search of a better life opportunity with a loving and responsible family.

El 7 de marzo, el Gobierno Municipal en coordinación con la Dirección de Servicios Públicos y Calidad de Vida junto con la asociación "Patitas de la Humanidad", llevará a cabo la segunda edición de la Campaña de Conciencia contra el Abuso Animal.

Este evento comenzará a las 9:00 a.m. y hasta las 4:00 p.m. en el Parque Zeferino Gutiérrez, según el responsable del Centro de Control Animal de San Miguel de Allende, Armando Valle, quien explicó que llegó a un acuerdo con el diferentes asociaciones para trabajar juntas contra el problema generado por la existencia de cachorros en una situación de calle y hacer una conciencia general para que sean adoptados y no comprados.

Durante el evento, se confirmó una demostración de binomios de la Unidad Canina del Ministerio de Seguridad Pública; así como diferentes actividades a cargo de la Dirección de Cultura y Tradiciones.

Del mismo modo, habrá cachorros de diferentes edades en busca de una mejor oportunidad de vida con una familia amorosa y responsable.
